Ms. Hannah
Founder, Voice & piano Instructor
I got my start in the music world playing violin and piano as a child. I later joined my high school choir and musical theater program where I discovered my love of singing and performing! From there, I went on to get my Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance at Portland State University School of Music (PSU) and my Masters of Music in Vocal Performance/Opera at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). I went on to work as a professional opera singer and enjoyed performing all over the world. During my undergraduate degree I started teaching private voice and piano lessons and fell in love with teaching students of all ages! I have continued teaching alongside my performing career ever since and went on to teach at local music academy's. Together with my husband, Saxon, we founded Harmony House in 2021. I have had the privilege of working with 100s of students both locally and all over the world ever since! We enjoy living in the vibrant community of Tehaleh with our son and 2 French bulldogs. We look forward to continuing serving our neighborhood with excellent music education.
Ms. Queency
Piano Instructor
With over 18 years of piano experience and five years of teaching, I am a professional pianist specializing in weddings, events, and collaborative accompaniment. My family nurtured my love for music from the very beginning, providing opportunities to sing & play piano at church and receive classical training from private instructors as a child. Now, I enjoy collaborating with students and teachers, supporting young musicians as they grow in both skill and confidence. As the founder of Keys & Prosecco, I’ve performed throughout the Pacific Northwest, creating meaningful moments for clients through music. But my favorite moments are right here in our community sharing music with the best kiddos in the world! When I'm not at the piano, I'm gaming with my husband or grabbing a boba drink. A fun fact: I'm named after legendary jazz musician Quincy Jones!
Ms. Keri
Voice & Piano Instructor
I am Tacoma native whose love for music began on the stage of a middle school musical. Shortly after starting voice and piano lessons, I discovered a deep passion for classical music and knew from a young age that performing would always be part of my life. At just 16 years old, I made my debut with Tacoma Opera and went on to sing professionally for a time, including overseas in Italy. I later earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music from Brigham Young University. After graduation, I embraced a new calling and pivoted to nursing school, expanding my desire to care for and serve others in a different way. Today, I wear many hats—wife, mom, nurse, and teacher. My stage looks a little different now as a homeschooling mom with two girls who have also fallen in love with music. Living in Tehaleh with my family, I enjoy sharing my passion for music with young learners and nurturing a love of music and creativity in the next generation.
Guitar & ukulele InstructorMs. Jenelle
Music has always been important to me. At age 6 I began singing at my grandparents’ church. Since then, I’ve performed in choirs, led worship, acted professionally, and recorded my own album. As the founder and band leader of Jam For The Lamb I believe in the power of music. I earned a degree in Communications with a Theatre minor from WWU and have years of experience teaching art, dance, theatre, guitar, and ukulele. I’m a wife, mom of three, and proud to be part of Harmony House—helping others discover their creativity and grow as musicians!
